The Economix blog on NYTimes
discusses a new report on the
economic impact of climate change for the United States. It comes with a cool
cartogram depicting which countries have emitted most over the last 50 years and which countries will likely suffer the most from global warming effects. A cartogram resizes territories based on the variable being mapped. In the cartogram below the upper panel are the polluters and the lower panel the sufferers.
And I liked this depiction of the likely tipping points in climate systems from place to place.
